Traditional driving schools relied on manual scheduling, payments, and communication, leading to inefficiencies and poor student experience.
Solution
Built a Flutter mobile app for instructors, a React web app for students, and an admin panel with React + TanStack Query. Integrated real-time chat, progress tracking, availability management, Stripe payments, and automated reminders, providing a centralized and seamless training platform.

Instructor Mobile App: Flutter + Stacked architecture. Student Web App & Admin Panel: React with TanStack Query. Backend: Node.js + Express for API, MongoDB for data storage, Redis for caching, Stripe for payments, and Twilio/SMTP for notifications.
