Problem
Property and local-place discovery is often dominated by noisy listings and rigid filters that do not capture how a person actually wants to live. Comparing options and aligning decisions with friends or family also becomes fragmented across tabs, screenshots, and messages.
Solution
Built an iOS-first discovery experience that combines map-based exploration, smart lifestyle filters, saved favorites, side-by-side comparison, and shareable collections. The app turns subjective preferences such as vibe, budget, location, and lifestyle fit into a structured decision workflow.
Architecture
Expo Router organizes the React Native client into file-based routes and navigation flows. Redux Toolkit with persisted state coordinates authentication, discovery filters, collections, and user preferences. Axios-based API integrations connect the client to remote services; React Native Maps and clustering support geographic discovery; Secure Store protects sensitive local state; native Apple/Google auth, notifications, location, Stripe, sharing, printing, and camera/image modules bridge platform capabilities.

FlashList supports performant collections, while Reanimated and Gesture Handler power responsive native interactions.
