Users had to navigate separate channels for entertainment booking, hotel reservations, payments, investments, and parking, creating fragmented journeys and repeated payment or identity steps.

Delivered a unified mobile experience that brings cinema, event, and hotel booking together with billing, QR receipt payment, organizational investment, and QR-based parking entry and exit.
Architecture
The product is structured as a unified mobile client that coordinates multiple domain modules: cinema and event inventory, hotel discovery, investment flows, bill and receipt payments, QR scanning, and parking access. Shared authentication, payment, user-profile, and transaction-history layers support cross-service continuity, while QR workflows bridge the digital app with physical entry/exit and receipt interactions.
